Cardiac Rehab
Cardiac Rehabilitation is a program designed to help people with heart disease reduce their risk of future heart problems, learn about their risk factors and start a regular exercise program.

Pulmonary Rehab
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a program designed for people with chronic lung disease, such as emphysema. It is designed to help people feel better by learning breathing techniques, starting an exercise program, and education on a variety of topics related to lung disease.

Diagnostic Stress Testing
Diagnostic Stress Testing is one way to determine if a patient has heart disease. There are several different types of stress tests. All of the tests monitor the heart in a variety of ways. Some tests have the patient exercise on a treadmill, while others utilize medications, nuclear scans or cardiac ultrasound.

Pulmonary Function Testing
Pulmonary Function Tests are a noninvasive way to measure how well your lungs are working. This test may explain shortness of breath, type of lung problem and how smoking or second-hand smoke may have affected lung function.

VO2 Max Testing / Metabolic Testing
A maximum ventilation test (also known as a VO2 max test) can determine a patient’s maximum exercise capacity. It can also determine the appropriate intensity to exercise at. Metabolic testing determines the amount of energy your body uses at rest and can help determine a nutritional weight loss plan for you.

Holter / Event Monitoring
Holter Monitoring is a way of detecting abnormal heartbeats over a 24-hour period. Event Monitoring also helps detect heart arrhythmias by using a symptom-triggered monitor. This allows the patient to record only when they have symptoms over a 30-day period.

Oxygen Evaluation
Patients are evaluated to qualify for home oxygen use by walking with an oxygen sensor for a brief period of time.

CHF Program
This program is a six-week instructional and exercise program designed to assist patients to manage their heart failure symptoms and improve their activity levels.

Anticoagulation Management Service
This is a service for patients on anticoagulation therapy, (usually Warfarin or Coumadin), that allows pharmacists and nurses to work with your physician to determine the appropriate drug dosage for each patient and provide education related to these medications.

Sleep Studies
A sleep study (also known as a polysomnogram) is an overnight test that records your physical state during various stages of sleep and wakefulness. This test assists in diagnosing common sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy and restless legs.
