 Life Begins Birth Center Prenatal Classes
The Expectant Parent Class will help you prepare for the birth of your baby and the changes that parenthood will bring to your life. This is an exciting time for you, but it may also be a time of uncertainty. You probably have may questions about pregnancy and parenthood. These classes will answer those questions.
The Expectant Parent Class will give you current information on pregnancy and childbirth, and give you an opportunity to talk with other expectant parents. Topics covered include the effects of pregnancy on your body, breathing and relaxation exercise, preparing for the unexpected and the first few weeks at home with your baby. You will also tour the private birthing suites in our Life Begins Birth Center.
The Life Begins Birth Center is a new addition to Baldwin Area Medical Center. It includes the following:

Instructors: The instructors of this course are RNs and the OB experienced. They have a wealth of information to share with you.
Fee: $45 for the course
